Notice of Wacker HDK® dispersion
It’s insufficient to use low shear disperse. Especially when the spindle speed of motor of disperser and mixing blade are too low(lower than 6m/s), it’ll lead to bad fineness, precipitate, low efficient and bad stability of stocking.
Rotary dispersion instrument has the speed of high shear disperse. We suggest you use double serrate gear wheel, which perpendicular to columned container. The line speed should be high enough to be kept within 10-20m/s. We suggest you use sanding and three-roller machine to disperse high specific surface area.
Shin-Etsu defoaming agents applies in anaerobic adhesive
KS-602A solvent based defoaming agent is a product that can eliminate foams when synthesizing resins.
It can improve the formation of resin and prevent the descent of electric property and physical property , caused by bubble residual. In addition, it can improve the texture of molding products. KS-602A, in particular, is very effective to epoxy resins.

U.S fine ground silica applies in binder
Fine ground silica can substitute for fumed silica in the use of some new binders and sealers. For the time being, fine ground silica has been successfully used in epoxy adhesive, silicone gel, etc. Fine ground silica, as a transparent filler, can quickly make the binder develop into reticular structure of silica . Besides, it can inhibit the gel flowing, fasten solidify, increase the filler volume and reduce the swelling coefficient of epoxy resin and the contractibility of gel time. It dramatically improve the viscosity and sealing effect. It increases versatile mechanical strength of adhesives and reduce the wear of mould and equipment. The particle size distribution and the shape of particles are prone to reasonable. The space between particles are reinforced and the density of filler increases in the adhesives. It also increases the suspension property in various resins and improves precipitation in resins. The density of condensate, the hardness, the resistance to pull, crush and suppress are all improved. The amount of filler increases and the cost of adhesives reduces, especially suited to UV glue, epoxy glue and diversified industrial adhesives.
Crystalite of Tatsumori applies in adhesives
1. Crystalite of Tatsumori can maintain modulus of elasticity and increase the hardness, resistance to chemical property and cost effect.
2. VX series Crystalite of Tatsumori, the particle size of which is the same size as reticular structure of silica, use the special world-leading technique so as to penetrate into the inside of silicone gel to play a role and protect the space structure.
3. Crystalite of Tatsumori applies in electric epoxy gel. Its main purpose is to control the elasticity, increase the tensility, bending strength, the speed of solidifying and the stability of hardness.
Imported plastic microsphere applies in adhesives
1. imported hollow plastic microsphere is a new-type additive which has micro hollow bubbles; low-density micro bubbles can obtain diversified effects when applied in resin products, adhesives and coating, etc.

2. It’s uneasily broken and can maintain and improve the properties of ultimate products.
Imported hollow glass microsphere applies in adhesives
1、 Hollow glass microsphere has better fluidity than irregular filler: Due to irregular shape, conventional filler has bigger surface area, which increases its viscosity in the liquid.
2、 The smallest surface area of hollow glass microsphere can be added dramatically, whereas the viscosity can keep within the accepted degree all the time.
PTFE fine powder of 3M Dyneon applies in grease
After adding Dyneon PTFE, the properties of basic materials will change. The lubricity and fast lubricity will be strengthened. Especially under high-temperature, high load atmosphere, it can reduce the friction coefficient and improve the rotproofness and the wearability.
Dyneon PTFE, as an additive, can be added into oil and oil formula directly. Before added into the system, it can be wet up, as well. Suggested additive amount: 5~40%
The characteristics of lubricant after added Dyneon PTFE:

3.If Dyneon PTFE is added into grease and lubricating oil, the high pressure and the lubricity can be improved. Even if the basic oil washes away, Dyneon PTFE still can function as lubricant. If Dyneon PTFE is added into silicone oil, mineral oil and liquid paraffin, it can increase the viscosity of lubricant. The viscosity value is related with the type and the amount of the powder. When the dosage is the same, powder with stable particle(like TF9205) increases the oil viscosity not as good as coagulated product(like TF9207).
The dosage of Dyneon PTFE depends on the viscosity of basic oil, the thickness of lubricant and specific use. It’s usually added 5%~30%. It’s best to mix Dyneon PTFE with basic oil by highspeed blender. It’s better to use blender and kneader to high sticky products(>1000Pa.s). Even paste can be obtained by three-roller machine. In accordance with the quantities and types of fine powder, paste can be obtained by grinding and mixing grease.
Dyneon PTFE，mixed with grease, rosin, oil, can be made into high-quality lubricant. It can be used as ball bearing, wear-resisting bearing. It also can be used to lubricate guide rail and slide bar. What’s more, it can be applied in open gear, valve of chemical equipment; corker of lab; sealant for precision machining plane and for special protected lubricant, oil and fuel oil.

Thermoplastic elastomers SEBS is an oncoming synthetic polymers. At room temperature, it has high elasticity and hardness of vulcanized rubber. When the temperature arises, it is prone to flow as thermoplastic plastics. It can be formed to mould very fast by the means of injecting and squeezing. Besides, it helps in the production of solvent -base pressure-sensitive adhesives, but mainly used in the production of melt adhesive.
1. After mixed with filler, resin and oil, SEBS can be make into pressure-additive adhesive and melt adhesive with different hardness.
